If for any reason your watch band is damaged within 30 days of purchase, JoyJoy! Watches will replace the band. If the watch head is damaged or defective within 6 months of purchase, JoyJoy! Watches will replace the watch head. You need only send JoyJoy! Watches a photo of the damaged product and receipt of purchase and JoyJoy! Watches will send you a replacement. If the band or watch head is no longer available, you may request a replacement model.
